Fund Development Professional

Finance Specialist

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency, is seeking a finance/billing specialist to support the agency's work with children and families. This full-time position with salary and benefits will be based in Eau Claire or Hudson depending on applicant’s location.

Requirements include five or more years of experience in finance and administrative support. Associate Degree or business education preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), share point, e-mail, and internet. Program billing, foster parent payments and maintain setup of electronic records system (Evolv). Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully and effectively in verbal and written (grammar, punctuation, spelling) formats with people of diverse cultural perspectives. Knowledge of standard electronic and paper copy filing techniques that support regulatory, security and easy retrieval requirements. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee data and with proprietary information. Willingness and ability to work as a team member with Anu Family Services, Inc’s employees, and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Customer service orientation and skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming and billing structure is desired, but not a requirement for this position.

Social Worker (Eastern MN/Western WI-based)

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency, is seeking a direct-practice social worker. The position will combine Treatment Foster Care and Intensive Permanence Services to serve foster youth and their treatment foster families, and work with adolescents in out-of-home care, with the goal of increasing their number of relationships and addressing their trauma. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits based in the Metro/Twin Cities and portions of Western Wisconsin. Position includes travel, some evenings and/or weekends, and responsibilities will include facilitation of youths' services, trauma effective case management, foster parent recruiting, licensing, training, and supervision/support of new and existing treatment foster families. Additional qualifications also include excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, significant computer skills, attention to detail, and the drive and passion to help kids find permanent connections while addressing grief, loss, and trauma.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant child welfare experience and MN Social Work Certification. A Master's Degree is preferred and prior experience in child welfare is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Social Worker (Southern WI-based) 

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency is seeking Social Workers to serve foster youth, their treatment foster families, and licensed families in southern Wisconsin, Madison and Milwaukee areas. This is a ¾ time, 30-hour weekly position with benefits package and competitive salary. Position includes some travel, evenings and/or weekends, and responsibilities will include facilitation of youths' services and healing from trauma, case management, foster parent recruiting, licensing, training, supervision/support of new and existing treatment foster families.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant child welfare experience and a WI Social Work Certification. A Master's Degree is preferred and prior experience in foster care is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Community Based Flexible Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency is seeking a Community Based Flexible Support Specialist to provide in-home education and support for adults and/or children.  The Flexible Support Specialist will work with clients to increase independence, practice skills that keep them healthy and promote positive well-being, and connect them to their community. This part-time position will serve Chippewa and Eau Claire Counties with the possibility of expanding to neighboring counties.   Currently, this is part-time with the possibility of growing to a full-time position.  

Requirements include a bachelor degree in social work or related field OR high school degree with 3 years’ experience in child welfare, child development, and/or parenting.  A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required for this position.  Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming a benefit, but not a requirement for this position.
