Office Administrator/Finance Specialist

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency, is seeking an administrative assistant to support the agency's work with children and families. This full-time position with salary and benefits will be based in Eau Claire or Hudson depending on applicant’s location. 

Requirements include five or more years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant including office management experience. Associate Degree or business education preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, e-mail, and internet. Assist Executive Assistant as needed with program billing, foster parent payments and maintain setup of electronic records system (Evolv). Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully and effectively in verbal and written (grammar, punctuation, spelling) formats with people of diverse cultural perspectives. Knowledge of standard electronic and paper copy filing techniques that support regulatory, security and easy retrieval requirements. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee data and with proprietary information. Willingness and ability to work as a team member with Anu Family Services, Inc’s employees, and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Customer service orientation and skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming and billing structure is desired, but not a requirement to this position.

Treatment Fostercare Social Worker (Part-Time, MN Based)

Anu Family Services , an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking a social worker to serve foster youth and their treatment foster families in the metro/twin cities area. This is a part-time position, with a potential to grow to full-time, with a competitive salary and benefits. Position includes travel and some evenings and/or weekends. Responsibilities will include facilitation of youths' services, trauma informed case management, foster parent recruitment, licensing, training, and supervision/support of new and existing treatment foster families. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant child welfare experience and a MN Social Work Certification. A Master's Degree is preferred and prior experience in foster care is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
