Community Based Flexible Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking a Community Based Flexible Support Specialist to provide in-home education and support for adults and/or children.  The Flexible Support Specialist will work with clients to increase independence, practice skills that keep them healthy and promote positive well-being, and connect them to their community. This part-time position will serve Chippewa and Eau Claire Counties with the possibility of expanding to neighboring counties.   Currently this is a part time with the possibility of growing to a full-time position.  

Requirements include a bachelor degree in social work or related field OR high school degree with 3 years’ experience in child welfare, child development, and/or parenting.  A valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation is required for this position.  Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming a benefit, but not a requirement to this position.

Treatment Fostercare Social Worker (Part-Time, Northwestern WI Based)

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking Social Workers to serve foster youth, their treatment foster families and licensed families in the Northern Wisconsin Area. This is apart-time position with a competitive salary. Position includes some travel, evenings and/or weekends, and responsibilities will include facilitation of youths' services and healing from trauma, case management, foster parent recruiting, licensing, training, supervision/support of new and existing treatment foster families. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant child welfare experience and a WI Social Work Certification. A Master's Degree is preferred and prior experience in foster care is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Parent Coaches (Part-Time)

-Appleton Area

Anu Family Services, Inc., an innovative, private non-profit child and family services agency, is seeking a part-time Parent Coach who can serve the Fox Valley area, specifically Outagamie and Winnebago Counties.  This position has the potential to increase in hours.

Paid training will be provided to qualified candidates via a Parent Coach Certification course. Parent Coaches employ Present Moment Parenting, helping parents focus on the whole child in the present, rather than on “modifying the behavior”. Parent coaching is a short-term intervention that provides biological, foster, adoptive and kinship parents with hands-on, here-and-now tools for bringing about rapid, dramatic improvement in the relationship with their child and the child’s behavior.

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a Master’s Degree preferred, and have significant experience in child welfare or a child related field, including a minimum of 2 years of experience working with parents, kinship or foster parents whose children have experienced trauma. A valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation is required for this position.
