Social Worker (Eastern MN/Western WI-based)

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency, is seeking a direct-practice social worker. The position will combine Treatment Foster Care and Intensive Permanence Services to serve foster youth and their treatment foster families, and work with adolescents in out-of-home care, with the goal of increasing their number of relationships and addressing their trauma. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits based in the Metro/Twin Cities and portions of Western Wisconsin. Position includes travel, some evenings and/or weekends, and responsibilities will include facilitation of youths' services, trauma effective case management, foster parent recruiting, licensing, training, and supervision/support of new and existing treatment foster families. Additional qualifications also include excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, significant computer skills, attention to detail, and the drive and passion to help kids find permanent connections while addressing grief, loss, and trauma.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant child welfare experience and MN Social Work Certification. A Master's Degree is preferred and prior experience in child welfare is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Social Worker (Southern WI-based) 

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child, and family service agency is seeking Social Workers to serve foster youth, their treatment foster families, and licensed families in southern Wisconsin, Madison and Milwaukee areas. This is a fulltime, 40-hour weekly position with benefits package and competitive salary. Position includes some travel, evenings and/or weekends, and responsibilities will include facilitation of youths' services and healing from trauma, case management, foster parent recruiting, licensing, training, supervision/support of new and existing treatment foster families.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant child welfare experience and a WI Social Work Certification. A Master's Degree is preferred and prior experience in foster care is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
