Intensive Permanence Specialist- Madison Area-Part Time

Anu is a private non-profit family services agency, and we are seeking an Intensive Permanence/Intensive Trauma Specialist who can serve the Madison, Wisconsin area. This is a full-time position which provides a flexible schedule with some evening hours, a home-office base, and opportunities for professional development, as well as a generous benefits package.

Paid training will be provided to qualified candidates via in-person and online training. The Intensive Trauma and Intensive Permanence Specialists work with youth and adults to assist them in healing from their traumas. Through naming, normalizing, body-focused activities, and psycho-education on the impact of trauma on development and the stages of grief and loss, Intensive Trauma Specialists assist clients in their healing journey. Travel is required as Intensive Trauma Specialists meet clients where they are at, literally and figuratively.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate would be a Master's degree level social worker with clinical licensure (LCSW). Preferred candidates have experience working with children and/or adults who have experienced trauma. A valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Community Based Flexible Support Specialist (Full Time)

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking a Community Based Flexible Support Specialist to provide in-home education and support for adults and/or children.  The Flexible Support Specialist will work with clients to increase independence, practice skills that keep them healthy and promote positive well-being and connect them to their community.  This full-time position will serve Chippewa, Barron and Taylor Counties with the possibility of expanding to neighboring counties.  

Requirements include a bachelor degree in social work or related field OR high school degree with 3 years’ experience in child welfare, child development, and/or parenting.  A valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation is required for this position.  Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming a benefit, but not a requirement to this position.
