Part-Time CBFS Specialist-Spooner, WI Area

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking a Community Based Flexible Support Specialist to provide in-home education and support for adults and/or children. The Flexible Support Specialist will work with clients to increase independence and practice skills that keep them healthy, promote positive well-being, and connect them to their community. This part-time position (with the opportunity to increase to full-time for the right candidate) will serve Barron, Washburn, Polk, and Burnette Counties with the possibility of expanding to neighboring counties.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in social work or related field OR high school degree with 3 years’ experience in child welfare, child development, and/or parenting. A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required for this position. Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming a benefit but not a requirement for this position.

Intensive Trauma Services Specialist-St. Croix County Area - PT/FT Available

Anu is a private non-profit family services agency, and we are seeking an Intensive Trauma Specialist who can serve St. Croix County and the surrounding areas. We have a full-time opening as well as a part-time opening (with the possibility of increasing hours to full-time), which provides a flexible schedule with some evening hours, a home-office base, and opportunities for professional development.

The Intensive Trauma Specialist will provide in-home, community-based, and/or telehealth services for youth and adult clients involved in CCS and/or CPS programming. Responsibilities will include assisting the client in working through the trauma that has happened to them to understand how this has impacted who they are today. The focus is to clarify these life events to work on moving forward into a more positive, healthy future, full of healthy supports and connections. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, significant computer skills, attention to detail, and the drive and passion to help clients find lifelong connections while addressing grief, loss, and trauma.

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking a direct-practice social worker with excellent clinical skills to work in the Intensive Permanence Services program. The position provides on-site efforts to heal relational trauma to children and adults in various home settings. This a full-time position which provides a flexible schedule with some evening hours, a home-office base, an excellent benefits package, and opportunities for professional development.

The position will provide in-home/community-based services for clients in Milwaukee and surrounding counties.
