Part-time Trauma Counselor/Social Worker (Dane County)

This position is a part-time position (can build to full-time), and provides a flexible schedule with some evening hours, a home-office base, and opportunities for professional development. The Intensive Trauma Specialist will provide in-home, community-based, and/or telehealth services for youth and adult clients involved in CCS and/or CPS programming. Responsibilities will include assisting the client to work through the trauma that has happened to them to help them understand how this has impacted who they are today. The focus is to clarify these life events to work on moving forward into a more positive, healthy future, full of healthy supports and connections. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, significant computer skills, attention to detail, and the drive and passion to help clients find lifelong connections, while addressing grief, loss, and trauma.

Anu Family Services, an innovative non-profit child and family service agency, is seeking an administrative assistant to support the agency's work with children and families in Wisconsin. This full-time/.75FTE position with salary and benefits will be based in our Eau Claire Office and will provide support to the Treatment Foster Care Program.

Requirements include three or more years of experience as an administrative assistant, including office management experience. Associate Degree or business education preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms), e-mail, and the internet. Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively in verbal and written (grammar, punctuation, spelling) formats with people of diverse cultural perspectives. Knowledge of standard electronic and paper copy filing techniques that support regulatory, security, and easy retrieval requirements. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee data and with proprietary information. This position is part-time with the opportunity to increase hours based on the candidate’s availability and professional goals, as well as the number of referrals received for the service. With this position, there is also an opportunity to earn 3,000 supervised hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
