HR Specialist/Accountant (Hudson, WI)

Anu Family Services, an award-winning, innovative non-profit child welfare organization located in Hudson, WI is seeking a benefits eligible, 30 hours/wk to full time HR Specialist/Accountant who is organized, highly detail oriented, customer service focused with excellent written and oral communication skills. This position will work closely in a supportive role with the CFO and other organizational leaders in the areas of accounting, human resources and general office functions as assigned.

Previous bookkeeping/ accounting and general HR/Benefits administration experience required. Anu is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who likes variety, adapts to change and can work independently. Only results-oriented, mission-focused candidates of highest integrity need apply.

Part-Time Office Administrator (Eau Claire)

Anu Family Services, an innovative, non-profit, child and family service agency, is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and agency-wide operations. This part-time position will be based in the Eau Claire office and will provide support to Community Based Programs, Fundraising/Development and other special projects.

Requirements include three to five years of experience in administrative support. Associate Degree or business education preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Forms), e-mail, and internet. Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully and effectively in verbal and written (grammar, punctuation, spelling) formats with people of diverse cultural perspectives. Knowledge of standard electronic and paper copy filing techniques that support regulatory, security and easy retrieval requirements. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee data and with proprietary information. Willingness and ability to work as a team member with Anu Family Services, Inc’s employees, and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Able to work on own, attention to detail, and a self-starter personality would be beneficial. Customer service orientation and skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
