Become a Licensed Treatment Family

Treatment Families at Anu provide therapeutic services in their homes to children and adults with emotional and behavioral challenges that are often complicated by cognitive, developmental or medical disabilities.

During the licensing process you will work with an Anu Social Worker to learn how to provide this treatment care.  This process begins with an application.  Please click here to submit a request for an application or to have a Social Worker to call you to talk more about the process.

To get more information or begin the process of becoming an Anu Family Services Treatment Foster Parent, please complete the interest form and return it to your nearest Anu Family Services Office in Hudson, Eau Claire or Madison.
