VIRTUAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Parent Coaching, virtual & face-to-face training open to anyone interested in becoming a parent coach.
Parent Coaching is:
- a trauma- informed , highly effective intervention for foster, adoptive, bio and kinship parents/caregivers.
- customized to the specific needs of the family.
- done in the absence of the children, to prevent them from feeling like “the problem”.
- aimed at building relational healing for children through their caregivers, rather than diagnosing and treating.
- a quick way to dramatically improve behavior while strengthening bonds between children and caregivers.
48 CEUs are possible
Early Bird Registration deadline is January 15, 2013
