Anu Family Services - Minnesota is seeking a full time Intensive Permanence/Foster Care Permanence Specialist in the Twin Cities area for a new program to work with adolescents in out-of-home care with the goal of increasing the number and strength of relationships they have with caring adults. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of related experience in foster care, adoptions and/or family based services.. ... Qualifications include: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships, high level of computer competency in Windows environment required and familiarity with search engines and search technology, sensitivity and competency in relating to individuals and groups of diverse cultural backgrounds, attention to detail, with a drive and passion to help kids find permanent connections.
